Get the cookie jar from the top of the refrigerator, if you can. (Since the executable is only a quasi-functional menu, we have uploaded the in-progress .udk and .upk files, zipped together for those with UDK.)

Installation Notes: 

Select and open the file UDKInstall-Boondoggle.exe. Windows may ask your permission to continue. Three installations occur automatically upon running the .exe file:
Microsoft DirectX 9.0c
nVidia PhysX Drivers
Microsoft Charting Tools
The automatic process could take several minutes.

When on the map screen,
type ` to bring up the menu. Then, type the following to see a rough blocking of the level:
start MG-CookieJarMap.udk

Brief Play Description: 

Play begins in a kitchen. The player's view is directed from the cookie jar on top of a refrigerator to an ottoman in the next room. As the player finds objects to stack to reach the cookie jar, the perception of the world changes. In an increasingly distorted reality, cookies prove to be an elusive pursuit.

AWSD movement
Holding Right-Click picks up the ottoman
(troubleshooting: switch gun to nothing/gravity gun)
Spacebar jumps
