The GGJ final version has very basic gameplay and only uses part of the assets we developed over the weekend. Basically, the first woman (wife or mistress) you encounter will stick to you. When you encounter the other woman, she will leave you, with an appropriate ending. Numerous features were planned and may yet be integrated into a truly playable whole:

• Weather effects: Starts out sunny, gets cloudy as both women get unhappier, then rains, then storms as you near the end.
• Money: You work for money which allows you to take wife/mistress out for lunch, dinner, or movie, or buy flowers or jewelry.
• Storyline: The story will have more depth (we currently used about a page out of the 7-page story) and will involve the player more emotionally in gameplay.
• PDA: The PDA interface will allow you to send and receive text messages and voicemails at appropriate times during the game.
• Emotion: Icons for both women will reflect their current emotional state, with the wife's based on her level of Suspicion and the mistress' based on her level of Satisfaction (both influenced by time and money spent with/on them).
• Fog of War: Not being able to see either woman unless you are with them will create more suspense and allow for broken dates, unexpected contacts, and forced dishonesty.
• Gender: Ideally, we'd like to allow players to play as a female cheating with her lover on her husband.
