Anarchy vs NWO

Short Introduction: 
After the establishment of the NWO, a united government that offers stability and security has taken control of most of the earth’s territory. However, an Anarchy group has begun causing disturbance and is trying to ignite the world in a revolution of freedom. Both sides are trying to end the other’s existence while also appealing to the public for support. In the end only Order or Freedom can change the world.

non-digital (board game, card game, physical game, etc.)
Brief Play Description: 

Order of play
1. Anarchy goes first
A. Attack or Move
a. Attack
1. Choose a location to attack, and where the attack is coming from
2. Move token to represent this attack
3. NWO plays a card of their choosing to possibly repel the attack
4. Draw and play a card from the top of the deck to attack with
5. See diagram 2 for outcomes
6. If win, and there are no NWO tokens left, NWO gives the appropriate country
card to Anarchy
7. If lose token moved either dies or returns to the location it originated from
(according to chart)
b. Move
1. Move a piece from one territory to an adjacent friendly territory
B. Check for sympathy completion
a. If Anarchy sympathy = 3
1. NWO shuffles their country cards
2. Anarchy picks a card at random
b. If NWO sympathy = 3
1. Anarchy shuffles their country cards
2. NWO picks a card at random
C. Repeat 3 times
D. May move one piece to assist
2. NWO goes second
A. Attack or Move
a. Attack
1. Choose a location to attack, and where the attack is coming from

3. Play a card of your choosing to attack with
4. Anarchy draws and plays a card from the top of the deck to possibly repel
the attack with
5. See diagram 2 for outcomes
6. If win, and there are no Anarchy tokens left, Anarchy gives the appropriate
country card to NWO
7. If lose token moved either dies or returns to the location it originated from
(according to chart)
b. Move
1. Move a piece from one territory to an adjacent friendly territory

2. Anarchy picks a card at random

C. Repeat 2 times
D. May move one piece to assist
3. Advance month by one
A. If month is 6 or 12, place reinforcement troops accordingly
4. If playing with Event Deck and the month is 3, 6, 9 or 12, Draw one event card
5. End Game is reached when one player has taken over the entire world, if NWO wins,
Freedom is extinguished, If Anarchy wins, Order is extinguished and Chaos reigns.
