Short Introduction: 
You are the last of your amoebe kind. You need to flap away from extinction by the tentacle monster. Remeber to breathe, otherwise you freeze. Arduino flaps and breathing mask not included in upload.

Brief Play Description: 

You are the last of your amoebe kind. You need to flap away from extinction by the tentacle monster. Remeber to breathe, otherwise you freeze. Arduino flaps and breathing mask not included in upload.

Flap the flapper to increase your speed, and move up and down. The breath meter shows your current breath intensity, and the minimum needed. If you stop moving, breathe harder into the breathing mask.

Installation Notes: 

Install Arduino One drivers from arduino.cc
Create a paddle by connecting an arduino accelerometer (ADXL335) to a board analogue pin 3,4,5.
Create a breathing mask by connecting a arduino humidity meter (SHT15) to digital pin 10 and 11 (SCK on 11) on a second board.
Connect both boards, each with its own usb cable.
Install Java runtime environment.

Run survival.java

And flap away

Hi,

We also used a arduino, Electrofried it uses a arduino to give the gamer a electrical shock when there is a collision in the game. The two control-buttons are wired to give the shock.
I also tried to make a breathalyser game, but since there were no drunk people at the jam, we decided to leave it for somewhere in the future.
We were the favorite/winning game in Antwerp (Belgium). And we have a nomination for the casual connect europe in Hamburg.
Here you can see how we did it. And the included sketch.

Sadly I don't have a accelerometer here to test your game. It look fun to do.
