Non-Stop Monster Mash

Game Information

Short Introduction:
You're just a simple, selfish gene trying to make it in a monster-ridden hellscape beyond imagining. Imagine it, won't you? All the best spawning locations are hidden away in hard-to-reach places and flesh-eating monstrosities prowl the blasted wastelands in between. You're clearly superior genetic material. You just need a chance to prove yourself in the merciless struggle for survival. It's like Thunderdome with way more sex.
Platform/System:
non-digital (board game, card game, physical game, etc.)
Platform note:
Street Game
Brief Play Description:

Each participant plays the roll of a gene in a monstrous ecosystem. They cooperate with other genes to form monsters, which compete to check in at spawn locations scattered across the game area. Monsters fight each other to acquire new traits, which unlock now spawn locations.

Extinction stalks them all the while. An extinct monster returns its genes to the gene pool.

The gene (i.e. player) that spawns the most by the end of the game wins.
