Project Molusk

Game Information
screenshot
Short Introduction:
You play as a sea creature rescuing his eggs from a horde of ravenous fishes.
Platform/System:
Web browser with plugins (Unity player, Torque,...)
Brief Play Description:

Our gameplay didn't particularly come through in the end, so this ended up being more of a tech demo. Just click around to explore the environment, but avoid the fish or they'll stun you! You can pick up eggs, ride the bubble vent, and even play with the piranhas.

It took a few days after the jam was over before I updated this page.. We were all thoroughly exhausted and we uploaded it rather barebones. I haven't changed the Unity File itself since then, but I've at least put it in an html file for easier play.

Visit http://www.rseben.com/GameJam2011/Egg.html for an html shell for the Unity3d File!

The graphics are even more stunning than the other 3D games from Seattle.

Not a ton of game play, but the environment is really cool to float around in. I saved an egg too!

Crashed my computer once. Pretty resource intensive.

Thanks for you comments! I'm glad you like it. Yeah, we definitely didn't get the gameplay we wanted in there but we were pretty happy with the visuals in the end. We did run into some performance issues, maybe it will play better from the updated link above?
