The player controls a nanobot, which has been sent on a mission to destroy a deadly virus inside the human body. Using WASD, and the mouse to aim their tiny vaccination guns, the player must seek out and eradicate all viruses and spawning infections, with the help of anti-bodies and healing red blood cells.

Mouse - Move the pointer to aim
Left Mouse Click - Shoot
Space Bar - Specials

HUD shows nanobot health in the form of a percentage and a colored wireframe of the nanobot to display which parts of the ship are damaged.
