In terms of gameplay concept, this is probably the best Global Game Jam game I've ever encountered.

a bit of help

Just thought I'd offer a little bit of help to anyone who plays this:

spikes stick in wood and each other
wood burns
you can re-spawn elsewhere if you're a bit cold
sometimes you can jump higher
sometimes you can stay floating
doors might open if you get close to them
