Short Introduction: 
An arcade ambient game to allow you to just take some time out relax, unwind and think. Your goal is to grow the tallest tree by only using the environmental factors of wind, heat and rain. However each action is built up upon each other and exploration is encouraged.

Brief Play Description: 

The Inspiration:

Using the Ouroboros theme we were given for Global Game Jam 2012. We went under the thematic themes of rebirth, self damaging, and self renewal of life.

How To Play:

You take the role of tending a tree. To tend to the tree you pick the options of wind, rain, heat and try to grow the tree. However controlling these cause unexpected side effects that does not help the tree...or do they. Every time the tree dies a seed is grown from it. The strength of this new seed depends on how you played last time. Try to get the longest life!

Growth was made in Global Game Jam 2012 at the Wollongong location in Australia. The team was made up of 3 second year computer science students studying at University of Wollongong and one Artist of the Academy of Interactive Entertainment (AIE). All art was designed by Lisa Winters, background tracks was provided by Keith Kenniff, and sounds were taken from the Sound Library.

This game is portable just copy the two .exe and .ini file's to your usb and carry your progress everywhere.
