Short Introduction:
Lost in the Wasteland was created by Jonathan Munoz and Joe Christensen, neither of whom knows much of anything about programming and only recently began animating in Flash. Though not incorporating all created assets, we were surprised how much we were able to accomplish for a two man team. LITW was developed at Becker College, a first timer to Global Game Jam.
Platform/System:
Web standard (Html5, Java, JavaScript, Flash)
Brief Play Description:

Lost in the Wasteland is a side scroller where the player must solve various puzzles to progress. Players control a man who has recently emerged from cryogenic sleep to find he is locked in a fallout shelter after a world-destroying nuclear war. He finds a picture of himself and what appears to be his family and sets out to locate them. During this adventure he encounters zombies, mutants, and chain wielding psychopaths who he must overcome to discover his identity. But when he begins to find clues pointing to him having a significant role in destruction of the world, he starts to believe it may have been better to forget.
