Short Introduction:
Shifting Sands is a 4-player cooperative game played on an ever-changing tile-based board. Work as a team to find the lost relics, while dodging monsters and hazards. Good luck.
Platform/System:
non-digital (board game, card game, physical game, etc.)
Brief Play Description:

A tile and card based game where the four players are part of an archaeological expedition trying to find and repair an ancient Ouroboros relic to stop the end of the world (turns out the Mayans were on to something). The players each take on a specific role on the team (archaeologist, mercenary, scout and medic) and work cooperatively to get the job done. Players explore the Underworld by drawing and placing tiles to move to and extend the map. Tiles outside the visual range of the players are pulled up and put back into the mix. This results in an infinite board with infinite combinations. Certain tiles allow the player to draw a card to reveal an object, hazard or monster. Players deal with these issues while trying to locate and rejoin the two halves of the Ouroboros for the win.
