The Music and Sound of Deceptive Platformer

I liked Stefan's idea of changing player controls depending on the types of platform he lands on from the get-go, especially because of the myriad of things you could do with sound effects cues and music. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to implement everything I wanted to do, but on the whole I think the audio turned out awesome given our timeframe.

Mechanics

So I think I have the majority of the game mechanics done. The rest will be fine tuning. We thought that we would not have sound in the game, but Mark Abrams was kind enough to swoop in and offer us some assistance. However, that leaves me to see what bodily noises I can come up with and for what events. So, I'll likely be recording some vocals with a bad Spanish accent and seeing if I can do some belching and other ingloriously bad noise that I can come up with.
