Our submission for the theme ‘Extinction’ is an ironic twist to saving endangered animals with a strategic tower defence game. Thousands of animals are migrating to far off countries in search for shelter from certain extinction, regulated safe houses and sanctuaries have been built to shelter these animals however with limited supplies and facilities we can’t save them all. Every other animal will be treated as hostile and terminated on sight for trespassing. Which animals will you save?

Zombees is a struggle to prevent the extinction of your healthy Bee Hive by the dreaded Zombees that have been infected by parasites and fungi. In reality Bees are being wiped out by the millions by parasites and fungi and this game draws attention to that fact.

In this top-down moral conundrum you are the last Predator fighting off waves of Baddies. Your Prey doesn't like the Baddies either and will shoot in concert with you. However, shooting and taking damage depletes your Energy. The only way to replenish Energy: EAT YOUR ALLIES! Choose when to consume your own slowly reproducing defenses and when to protect them! Fail, and both your species face EXTINCTION!
