This questionnaire is to help us determine who we accept and who we turn away since we are capping at 30 participants and already have over 40 applicants. Thank you for your enthusiasm!

Event Details:

The entrance fee includes all the money you will need to bring for mandatory expenses - i.e. fobs, any registration fees, etc. In the notes here, any costs will be broken down so you know what you're getting from it.

Registration is $20, but each group will need to put an additional $20 Deposit down on a keyfob to access the building.

Please bring your own laptop and software.

Although internet access is available for downloading development tools, it is recommended to have one or two development tools already installed on your machine before hand to minimize losing time due to installing your required programs.

Our on site security is campus security and doors only accessible by participants and UBC Students.

Please register early
Ensure your e-mail is in your account info if you want reminders and updated info about the event as we get closer to Jam-Time

Make sure your e-mail is in your GGJ account

Please ensure your e-mail is in your account listing or else you won't hear from us.

Important Note to Applicants

Just a heads up that we have lots of applicants! That's great!

Please ensure that you register as a jammer here or else we can't contact you to tell you if you're able to participate. The registration form page is simply more information to help us choose the participants more effectively.

Click View Jammers at the top of this page. If your name is on that list then we may contact you. If you are not on that list we cannot contact you and thus won't be able to confirm you as an actual participant.
