We can distribute free versions of Unity 3D and other opensource / freeware software as needed, please inform organizers at least a week before for specific technology needs. Internet access will be available at the site.

This site has onsite security

Have auditorium space available

Notes:

1. Bring your own laptop and extension cords
2. Have a valid ID with you at all times
3. Itemize the gadgets / IT peripherals that you will be bringing in the campus. Kindly indicate serial number/s for easy gate pass processing.
