Micah Hrehovcsik

Micah Hrehovcsik (1974) works for the Utrecht School of the Arts (HKU). Where he is the creative director for Applied Game Design Program (AGD), part of the Expertise Center for Games and Game Design (EGG), and a post graduate student at the University of Portsmouth. He graduated with a masters from the HKU with its first generation of game design and development students. As a game designer he has worked for Phillips as a student and professionally for a mobile game company. Currently he is designing applied games for GATE (game research for training and entertainment), which is a Dutch government funded project that runs from 2007 till 2012 and involves eight partners: Utrecht University, Utrecht School of the Arts, TNO, Twente University, Delft University of Technology, Waag Society, and Thales.
